At ANIMAVIE SHOP LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality pet products with fast and reliable shipping to both the United States and Switzerland. All orders are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing and logistics partners based in China.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:
• All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
• Switzerland
We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
2. Processing and Delivery Time
• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
• Shipping takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
• Total delivery time: 8 to 13 business days from the date of purchase
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders in the U.S. and Switzerland — no minimum purchase required.
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it using the link provided or through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after shipping, contact us at contact@animavieshop.com.
ANIMAVIE SHOP LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs checks, or extreme weather conditions.
6. Customs & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable state fees may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are always the responsibility of the customer, including shipments to the United States and Switzerland.
ANIMAVIE SHOP LLC does not cover or reimburse customs fees, import duties, or local taxes under any circumstances.
7. Returns
We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At ANIMAVIE SHOP LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of hygiene and product safety. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size
• Your pet not liking the product
This applies to all products, including collars, harnesses, grooming tools, litter mats, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalized items (e.g. engraved collars or tags)
• Opened or used hygiene items (e.g. toothbrushes, brushes, grooming tools)
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@animavieshop.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed:
• We will provide you with a prepaid return label
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 7 to 10 business days
This policy applies to customers in both the United States and Switzerland.
4. Refund Conditions
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error
• Refunds apply to the product price only unless otherwise agreed
